Winnipeg Police Service responded to a parkade at The Forks for a report of an assault on May 3rd at around 10:00pm.

Police arrived to find Kyle James Craik, a 27-year-old male of Winnipeg, and began to provide emergency medical care. The male was transported to hospital in critical condition, where he was pronounced deceased.

This investigation is continuing by members of the Homicide Unit. Anyone with information that may assist investigators is asked to call 204-986-6508 or Crime Stoppers at 204-786-TIPS (8477).
