Island Lake RCMP received a report of a stabbing at a residence located on the Garden Hill First Nation on May 3rd at 3:40pm.
Police arrived to find a 38-year-old man deceased at the scene. The victims identity and cause of death have not been released.
A 28-year-old male was arrested on scene and remains in police custody. police have not announced any charges at this time.
