The OPP found human remains on a Kelly Jordan Road property on August 6, 2026. The remains were identified as Lawrence Bertrim, who had been missing since September 30, 2022.

His cause of death has not yet been determined, and no charges have been laid. Police say this is the third set of human remains found on the property and that the investigation remains ongoing.
