Thunder Bay Police Service officers responded to the area of James Street South and Gore Street West just after 12:20 a.m. on Tuesday, June 29 following reports of a disturbance.

Police arrived to find a injured 16-year-old male who had died from his injuries, and an injured 17-year-old male who was rushed to hospital where he remains. The 17-year-old male suffered serious injuries, but the exact extent of those injuries are unknown at this time.

Dustin Denis MOFFATT, 31, of Thunder Bay, is charged with:

• Second-Degree Murder
• Aggravated Assault
• Probation Order: Non-Compliance
