Update: Four men charged – YRP Homicide team investigating after ex-Outlaw biker Gus Kouboules was found dead on a Vaughan dead-end road

York Regional Police responded to a body located at the end of a dead-end on Teston Road at Rodinea Road, just east of Keele Street on February 25th at approximately 8:00am.

Police arrived to find an adult male deceased at the scene. The victim has been identified as Gus Kouboules, 57, of Richmond Hill, and the cause of death was the result of gunshot injuries.

Anyone in the area with residential video surveillance that may have captured anything suspicious or anyone with information is asked to contact the Homicide Unit at 1-866-876-5423 ext. 7865

Update May 28th
York Regional Police Homicide Unit have charged four people in connection with the homicide of Gus Kouboules in Vaughan. Dimitrie TREMBLAY, 27, of City of Toronto, Ricardo SILVA, 43, of the City of Vaughan and Giovanni SEMINARA, 53, of the Town of Innisfil have all been charged with First degree murder. Kevin PALMER-KONYE, 26, of the City of Vaughan has been charged with Theft of a Motor Vehicle and Accessory After the Fact to Murder.

The accused have been held in custody and will be appearing before the Ontario Court of Justice in Newmarket for bail hearing.
