Toronto police responded to a call for a shooting at 2 Ingram Drive on January 22nd at approximately 12:40am.

Police arrived at the parking lot outside a fast food restaurant where they found a man in a car suffering injuries from gunshots. The victim, 19-year-old Malachi Elijah Bainbridge, was pronounced deceased at the scene.

Two men were seen fleeing the area in a dark sedan. Anyone with information is asked to contact police at 416-808-7400.

The Toronto Police Homicide squad executed search warrants and arrested three youths on February 7th, in relation to the homicide of Malachi Elijah Bainbridge.

6. Possession of a Schedule 1 Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking

A 15-year-old girl from Oshawa was charged with:
1. Accessory after the Fact to Murder
2. Possession of Unauthorized Firearm
3. Possession of Loaded Firearm
4. Careless Storage of Firearm
5. Possession of a Schedule 1 Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking

Update February 10th
Toronto police announced that they have allegedly recovered several firearms that are currently being analyzed.

On February 8th OPP conducted a vehicle stop in the Trenton area. The driver identified himself as Tyler James Willian, 19, of Oshawa, was wanted in relation to a homicide in Toronto. He was arrested and charged with:
