Saskatoon Police were called to a residence in the 100 block of Confederation Place for a report of an injured male on May 27th at approximately 8:30 p.m.

On arrival police located 33-year-old, David Dustyhorn of Saskatoon suffering from serious injuries. He was taken to Royal University Hospital where he later died.

On May 27, 2023 at approximately 10:00 p.m., investigators with the Major Crimes Section arrested a 33-year-old woman in the 100 block of Confederation Place. She was later released from custody.
