The 2023 Winnipeg Homicide Victim List is available here

Winnipeg Police Service responded to the 400 block of Burrows Avenue for the report of a stabbing incident on May 30th at approximately 3:45 a.m.

On arrival police located  22-year-old Alan Henry Anderson suffering from a stab wound. He was rushed to hospital in critical condition, where he dies of his injuries.

Police located the suspect, Cory Dylan WATT, 24, of Winnipeg, at approximately 4:30 am, in the 300 block of Mountain Avenue and was placed under arrest without incident. He has been charged with:

– Manslaughter
– Fail to Comply with Condition of Release Order x 2
