Police were called to the report of a stabbing on Victoria Avenue between Morrison Street and Simcoe Street, in the City of Niagara Falls on September 6th, 2023, at 2:50am.
Police and paramedics arrived to find an adult male who was suffering from an obvious stab wound. Despite lifesaving measures, he was pronounced deceased at a local hospital. Police said the initial investigation has determined that officers responded to stabbing that had escalated from a fight between a group of people.
The suspect fled the murder scene on foot. Detectives have tracked the suspect’s last known location to the area of Morrison Street and 1st Avenue.
