Frontenac OPP responded to the report of a disturbance at approximately 6:30 p.m. on July 29th near Bishop Lake, in North Frontenac Township.

On arrival, police located a 22-year-old who was pronounced deceased at the scene. The victim has been identified as 22-year-old Tyler Webber of Campbellford.

Cory Finch, 39, of Marmora, and Michelle Lee Finch, 41, of Stone Mills Township were arrested and charged with second-degree murder. Police have not released the relationship between the victim and the accused.
