Natasha Rich died in Hospital following stabbing in Edmonton

Edmonton police responded to the report of a stabbing in the area of 101 Avenue and 120 Street on January 25th at approximately 7:23pm.

On arrival police located Natasha Rich, 47, suffering from serious injuries. She was rushed to hospital where she died of her injuries on February 2nd. An autopsy was performed and the medical examiner has confirmed the cause of death to be sharp force injury and the manner of death a homicide.

Police have arrested Jada McKenzie Andrew, 20, was charged her with second degree murder. Andrew is the daughter of the victim’s boyfriend, and the stabbing occurred at the building where Andrew lives.
