Prince Albert police responded to the report of an unresponsive man in the 500 block of 18th Street East at 2:50 p.m on July 22nd.
On arrival police located Trevor La Plante, 52, who was pronounced at the scene.
According to CTV news 33-year-old Michael Bird has been charged with second-degree murder and indignity to a human body.
