Durham police responded to the report of an armed person at a residential address on Albert Street in Oshawa on September 21st at approximately 2:25 a.m.

On arrival police located Andrew Junior Rochester, 26, with gunshot wounds. He was pronounced deceased at the scene.

Investigators are looking to speak with anyone who may have information in relation to this incident.
