Toronto police responded to the report of multiple shots heard on October 22nd at approximately 12:49am in the area of Queen Street and Augusta Avenue.
On arrival police located a man suffering from gunshot injuries. He was pronounced deceased at the scene. The victim has been identified as Peter Alexandros Madimenos, 38 of Toronto.
Information will be added as it becomes available. Anyone with information is being asked to contact police or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477).
