Toronto Police responded to reports of a shooting in the area of Weston Road and Highway 401 on August 20th at approximately 10:49 pm. 

Police located Minh Le, 61, of Toronto, who was suffering from gunshot wounds and in life-threatening condition. Le was rushed to hospital where de died of his injuries.
