Reno Victorio Pereira was arrested and charged with manslaughter on July 23rd after the victim of an attack died in hospital.

It is alleged that the accused and a 59-year-old man were involved in an altercation at a Montreal movie theater on June 25th. The man died of his injuries on July 8th.
