Swan River RCMP were contacted by the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner to advise that a 38-year-old male, from Brandon, who had arrived in hospital in Swan River on January 29th.

He was later transferred to Brandon, where he died as a result of his injuries on February 7th.

he death is considered suspicious.

Swan River RCMP, along with Major Crime Services and RCMP Forensic Identification Services continue to investigate.
