Police and paramedics responded to check on the wellbeing of a woman found in a parking lot outside of a commercial building in the area of Dundas Street West and Mavis Road in the City of Mississauga on February 2nd at 11:45am.

On arrival Police and paramedics loctaed a woman with obvious signs of trauma. She was pronounced deceased at the scene. Her identity will not be shared, until next of kin have been notified.

Yinglin Li, a 27-year-old man from Mississauga was arrested and charged with First Degree Murder on February 3rd. Police have not released the relationship between the victim and the accused at this time.
