Chatham Kent Police responded to a report involving a person requiring emergency services at Erie Beach on March 10th at approximately 12:42 a.m.

According to reports Michael Allard, 40, from Windsor, had been shot while at a residence on Towanda Boulevard in Erie Beach. He was pronounced deceased at the scene.
