Winnipeg Police responded to the report of an injured man in a residence in the 200 block of College Avenue on November 27th at approximately 4:26am.

On arrival, police located the victim deceased inside the suite. Police said his death is being treated as a homicide. No other details are available at this time.

the deceased has been identified as Kelvin Fredrick Sumner, 3, of Winnipeg.
