Edmonton police declare the death of missing man Cody Sinclair a homicide

Edmonton Police Service had issued media releases seeking the public’s assistance locating Cody Sinclair, who was reported missing on Thursday, Nov. 18th. According to reports Sinclair was reportedly last seen on Monday, Nov. 8th, after being released from the Royal Alexandra Hospital.

On Nov. 22nd Morinville RCMP located human remains after a fire on an oil lease site in the area of Township Road 580 between Range Road 243 and Range Road 244. An autopsy was completed and EPS Homicide detectives have since confirmed the deceased to be missing male, Cody Sinclair, 30. The cause of death is being withheld by authroites for investigation reasons, however, the manner of death was a homicide.
