Sandy Bay RCMP responded to the local health clinic where a severly injured man had been brought to on November 29th at approximately 8:30am.

The victim Nickison Bear died of his injuries shortly after arriving. Police arrested Nicholas David Paul Bear of Sandy Bay, and charged him with second degree murder. Police have not released the relationship between the victim and the accused.
