Quebec 2026 Homicide Victim List

Inukjuak, Quebec, Police say Charlie Palliser went to the local police station at about 7:30 a.m. on August 24th and told officers he had just committed a crime.

Police later found 41-year-old Elisabeth Qumak at Palliser’s residence with stab wounds. She was taken to the local CLSC, where she was pronounced dead.

Palliser has been charged with premeditated murder. Court documents identify Qumak as his intimate partner.
