Kingston Police responded to a report of an incident involving a deceased person in the area of Bath Road and Collins Bay Road in Kingston’s west end on October 28th at approximately 11:55pm.

The Kingston Police Criminal Investigations Unit determined the death to be a homicide. The cause of death and the victim’s identity has not been released.

Police have arrested a 58-year-old man and charged him with one count of homicide. He is currently being held in custody pending a bail hearing.
