Vancouver police said 36-year-old Neil Scarisbrick died after being punched near Hastings and Columbia streets and died as a result of his injuries on Monday, September 7th.
Investigators believe that the victim and suspect are known to each other and that there is no risk to the public.

Vancouver police issued a released on January 8th stating that they have made an arrest in the homicide of Neil Scarisbrick. Jonathan James Payne, 36, has been charged with one count of manslaughter.
