Toronto police responded to report of a shooting in the Alford Crescent and McLevin Avenue area on September 2nd at approximately 1:52am.
Police arrived to find two men suffering from gunshot wounds. The victims were transported to hospital where Rudolph Augustus Tyrell, 30, of Toronto, died of his injuries.
