Toronto police responded to a call for a shooting in the Midland Avenue and Danforth Road area on September 17th at approximately 11:26pm.

According to police, multiple gunshots were heard in the area. On arrival police located 21-year-old O’Neal Oppong Gyeabour of Toronto suffering from serious injures. Despite life saving efforts, Gayebour was pronounced at the scene.

Investigators are appealing to witnesses or anyone driving in the area, that may have captured the shooting on their dash cameras, to contact police at 416-808-7400.
