Thunder Bay police responded to the report of a deceased man in the 400 block of Main Street just after 10:10 a.m. on Sunday, Aug. 30th.
Police arrived to find Christopher David Meeseetawagesic, 31, deceased. The cause of death has not been released, however, investigators saif the death of Meeseetawagesic is a homicide.
Christopher David Meeseetawagesic was known to police and was previously charged with second degree murder in the July 18,2014 homicide of 44 year old Lloyd Oskineegish. His second degree murder charge was withdrawn during the preliminary hearing in August 2015.
