Fort MacLeod RCMP responded to an assault between two males outside a convenience store on 7 Avenue on July 16th at approximately 1:00am.

On arrival, police located an adult male victim who had stuck his head on the curb. He was transported to the hospital where he succumbed to his injuries.

As a result of the investigation, Rodney Glen Small Legs Jr, 36, of The Tsuut’ina Nation has been charged with one count of manslaughter.
