Peel Regional Police responded to a 911 call at a residence in the area of Bramalea Rd and Gates of Bramalea in the City of Brampton on May 13th at approximately 8:56am.

Police and paramedics arrived to find Bao Lian Li, 82 suffering from obvious signs of trauma. She was pronounced deceased at the scene.

Lu Hong Liang, 81, who is believed to be Li’d husband was arrested and charged with Second Degree Murder.
