Peel police responded to report of a shooting at 1343 Rathburn Road East, on March 5th at approximately 5:00am.

Police arrived to find 25 year old Alicia Lewandowski dead at the scene.

Peel Homicide and Missing Persons Bureau  investigators with assistance from the Toronto Police Service arrested Joseph Chang 39,  in Toronto on March 5th at 7:44pm. Chang has been charged with second degree murder of Alicia Lewandowski.
