Update: Second suspect arrested – A man by the name Prince Charles has been arrested and charged in relation to the homicide of a Toronto man, in Windsor

Windsor police responded to the 500 block of McEwan Avenue for a report of an assault with a weapon on May 18th at approximately 8:00pm.

Police arrived to find a 30-year-old man from Toronto, suffering from serious injuries. He was rushed to hospital where he has since passed away from injuries sustained in the assault.

It was reported by police that the suspects assaulted the male and fled the area prior to police arrival in a black Mitsubishi SUV,  that was later located by police and seized as evidence.

Windsor police announced on May 28th, that a man by the name of Prince Charles, 25 old of Windsor, has been arrested and charged with murder.  

Police are searching for a second suspect who was in possession of a handgun and knife during the incident and should be considered armed and dangerous. He is described as male, black, 25 – 35 years old, short curly black hair, approximately 5’8″ and 150 pounds.

Update June 12th
Frederick Leon, a 26 year old male from Toronto, was arrested and charged with first degree murder in relation to the homicide.
