Montreal police responded to the report of a shooting near the intersection of Pelletier Ave. and Amos St., at approximately 4:00pm on May 29th.

Police arrived to find a 22-year-old man suffering from serious injuries. He was rushed to hospital where he succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced deceased.

Witnesses saw two people in a vehicle shoot at the victim then drive off. No arrests have been made at this time. Information will be added as it becomes available.
