Around 1:10 a.m. on August 8, 2025, Swift Current Municipal RCMP responded to a report of an injured man at a home on 1st Avenue NW in Swift Current, Saskatchewan.

Officers arrived quickly at the scene. The man was transported to hospital, where he was later pronounced dead. He has been identified as a 29-year-old resident of Swift Current. His family has been notified, but no further details about him are being released at this time.

His death is being treated as suspicious, and Saskatchewan RCMP Major Crimes has taken over the investigation.
