Thunder Bay police responded to reports of gunshots in the 700-block area of John Street Road just after 3:30 p.m. on Sunday, Jan. 22.

On arrival police located a 23-year-old Thunder Bay man suffering from serious injuries. Paramedics rushed the victim to the Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre where he died of his injuries.

A 17-year-old male from Hamilton was arrested on Jan 23rd, and charged with Second-Degree Murder.
