Ontario Provincial Police responded to a call at a home north of Kokomis Inamo, a main roads in the Algonquin community on July 10th at approximately 3:00am.

Police located the victim who has been identified by his nephew as 67-year-old Ronald Graham suffering from serious injuries. He was pronounced at the scene. Another man was found injured but is expected to survive. According to reports, Graham was murdered on Saturday morning while visiting friends on the reserve.

Zachary Marquardt, 27, of Bonnechere Valley Township was charged with first degree murder and failing to comply with a probation order.
