Winnipeg police responded to the report of a shooting at an apartment in the 700 block of Sargent Avenue on April 17th at around 5:00pm.

Police arrived to find Ira Hayes DISBROWE, a 26-year-old male of Winnipeg, suffering from serious injuries. He was transported to hospital in critical condition, where he succumbed to his injuries.
