Winnipeg police responded to a vendor in the 1100 block of Arlington Street for a report of an assault on September 24th at 1:19 a.m.

Police and paramedics arrived to find Enrique George Courchene, 29, seriously injured and began emergency medical care. Courchene was rushed to hospital where he died of his injuries.
