Moose Jaw Police said 21-year-old Tyrus Ayerst was shot and killed in a home he was visiting during a break and enter that happened on August 17th.

Sherwin Pelltier, 20, and Thomas Redsky McNab, 24, were both arrested in Regina and charged with degree murder, break and enter, and indictable offence of robbery.
