Arrest Made: Toronto Homicide #63 – Man fatally shot at a Downtown condo

Toronto police and paramedics were called to a building on Adelaide Street East & Parliament Street on August 19th at approximately 2:05am on report of a shooting.

Emergency crews arrived to find a male victim in his 20’s who had sustained a gunshot wound to the head. He was pronounced deceased at the scene.

Update August 24th
The victim has been identified as Jesse Graham-Richter, 22.

Kyler Johnson, 23, of Toronto, was arrested in London, Ontario, on November 15th 2018. He has been charged with First Degree Murder.
