In the early hours of Tuesday, November 25, 2025, Toronto police responded to reports of a shooting near King Street West and Spadina Avenue around 4:45 a.m.
Authorities say the accused was approached by a group of males who opened fire, striking him. In response, the accused discharged a firearm, hitting one of the men in the group. The victim has been identified as 18-year-old Dylan Adams of Toronto. He was brought to a hospital shortly afterward, where he was pronounced dead.
Police said the accused was taken to the hospital with injuries that are not considered life-threatening.
On Wednesday, November 26, 2025, the accused, Frandy Noel, 27, of Toronto, was arrested and charged with:
