Vancouver police were called to a home near Rupert Street and Euclid Avenue just before midnight on November 22

On arrival police located 26-year-old Roshnee Gurung deceased in the Rupert Street home. A second victim, a man in his 20s, was injured and taken to hospital with serious injuries.

Tenzin Choigey, 46, was arrested and charged with one count of second degree murder. Choigey is also charged with the aggravated assault of a 27-year-old man.
