Ronald McCabe 56,  was found dead at the long term care facility People Care AR Goudie, on Monday, March 7th in Kitchener. Police were called to the facility around 9:30 pm after staff called about a disturbance.

Police have not released the cause of death at this time.

Adam McCabe 32 is facing a second degree murder charge. Police said the victim and the suspect were known to each other but would not disclose the relationship between the two.

OPP have taken over the homicide investigation.
