Kenneth Oxley 39 died on March 1st 2016,  after he suffered serious injuries during an assault that happened on February 22. Police said his death was a direct result of the assault.

Andre Miller 30, of Toronto has been charged with manslaughter, aggravated assault and carrying a concealed weapon.

Oxley’s death is the 18th for Toronto in 2016.
