High Prairie RCMP responded to a complaint from a citizen who located a deceased male off Highway 88 near Red Earth Creek on December 4th.

An autopsy conducted on December 6th revealed the manner of death to be a homicide. The cause of death has not been released at this time.

The investigation is ongoing. No other information is available at this time.
