Montreal police responded to the report of an injured man in the area of 7th Avenue, near 55th Avenue, just before 12:00pm on September 26th.

Police located the 33-year-old man  with gunshot wounds. He was pronounced deceased at the scene. The victim’s identity has not been released at this time.

No arrests have been made and the investigation is ongoing.
