Peel police responded to a report of shots fired at a residence in the area of Huntington Ridge Drive in the City of Mississauga on august 3rd at approximately 9:30pm.
Police and paramedics arrived to find Abdifatah Salah, 25, of Mississauga suffering from a gunshotwound. Salah was rushed to hospital where he died from his injuries.
Police are seeking the assistance of anyone with information or anyone with dashboard camera surveillance in the area of Mavis Road and Eglinton Avenue West on August 3, 2020, between 9:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. is asked to contact the Homicide and Missing Persons Bureau at (905) 453-2121, ext. 3205.
