North Battleford fire confirmed to be the result of a double murder-suicide.

North Battleford RCMP, North Battleford Fire Department and local EMS responded to the report of a structure fire at a home located on the 1400 block of 99th Street on June 4th at approximately 2:30pm.

RCMP said emergency crews arrived to find a 39-year-old Tammy Fiddler deceased, outside the residence. It was reported that Fiddler was removed from the residence by her common-law partner, who had arrived at the home before the emergency crews. When the fire department was able to access the building they located Tessa Bryant, 7, and Wesley Bryant, 11, deceased.

Investigation of the evidence gathered, has led RCMP believe this incident was the result of a murder-suicide.
