Emergency crews responded to the report of a sudden death at the Circle R Ranch, located at 3017 Carriage Rd. in Delaware on May 27th at approximately 9:00am.

A deceased male was located at the scene. Police have not released his identity at this time, however, according to The London Free Press “court documents identify him as Barry Ewanation and list the accused’s address as the Delaware ranch.”

As a result of the investigation, Nicholas Russell-Ewanation, 28, has been charged with second-degree murder. Police have not released the relationship between the accused and the victim.
