The Sûreté du Québec responded to the report of an unconscious man at a residence on Old Church Road on May 28th at approximately 11:30 p.m.

Police arrived to find David Murray, 33, suffering from serious injuries. He was rushed to hospital where he was pronounced deceased.

Dominic Bernaquez-Lachance, 36, was arrested at the scene and charged with Manslaughter. Police said the victim and accused were known to each other and are related.
